What General Pest Control Covers
Last updated: October 2026
California Pest Solutions provides the pest services described in the estimate or service agreement, which may include inspection and treatment for the pests and areas specifically listed. General Pest Control does not automatically include structural repairs, sanitation or landscaping work, wildlife removal, termite or wood-destroying organism services, or treatment of pests not identified in the agreement. Those tasks require a separate written scope and may require different licensing.
Our work must follow applicable California Business and Professions Code, Division 3, Chapter 14, and California Structural Pest Control Act licensing requirements, along with California Code of Regulations, Title 16, Division 19. Pesticide use is subject to applicable Title 3 safety rules, the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act label, and California Food and Agricultural Code requirements.
Oversight may involve the California Structural Pest Control Board, California Department of Pesticide Regulation, Los Angeles County Agricultural Commissioner/Weights and Measures, and United States Environmental Protection Agency. Public health guidance may also apply.
Arranging, Changing, or Cancelling a Visit
Appointments are arranged with the customer and confirmed for an agreed service date or arrival window. Please provide accurate access instructions and tell us about pets, occupants, sensitive areas, or other conditions that may affect the visit. Any preparation instructions will be shared before service when applicable; follow them and contact us if they are unclear.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, notify California Pest Solutions as soon as reasonably possible using the contact details below. Any cancellation charge or notice requirement applies only if it was disclosed and agreed to before booking.
If access is unavailable or conditions make the agreed work unsafe, we may need to reschedule. We will explain the reason and discuss another appointment.
Work beyond the agreed pest, treatment area, or service method is a scope change. We will describe the proposed change and any price adjustment and obtain your approval before performing additional work. You may decline the change; the original service may still proceed if practical and safe.
Estimates, Approved Work, and Charges
An estimate describes the work, pests, treatment areas, and price understood at the time of inspection or inquiry. It is based on the information available and may need revision if site conditions differ, access is limited, or the requested work changes.
An estimate is not approval for work outside its stated scope. California Pest Solutions will explain any material change and obtain your approval before proceeding with added services or charges.
The written estimate or service agreement will state the applicable price and payment timing. Unless that document says otherwise, payment is due as stated on the invoice for the work performed.
Ask us about any charge you do not understand before authorizing service. We do not promise a particular price until the scope and site conditions have been reviewed and the amount is confirmed in writing.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing details and paying undisputed amounts by the agreed due date. Any taxes or other charges will be identified as applicable. No financing offer or payment plan applies unless separately provided in writing.
What Our Service Commitment Covers
California Pest Solutions will perform the work described in your written service agreement using the methods and treatment areas stated there. These terms do not create a separate warranty, guarantee, or fixed coverage period. If a written agreement provides a warranty or follow-up service, that document controls its duration, covered pests and locations, and any conditions for requesting service.
Results can depend on pest activity, building conditions, sanitation, weather, neighboring properties, and whether preparation or access instructions are followed. A return visit or additional treatment is not automatically included unless your agreement says it is. We will explain any proposed extra work and its cost before you approve it.
Contact us promptly if you believe the agreed work was not completed as described. Please share the service date, affected area, and concern so we can review the record and discuss an appropriate next step. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Responsibility for Service and Existing Conditions
California Pest Solutions is responsible for performing the services in the written agreement with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
We are not responsible for damage or pest conditions that existed before service, conditions outside the agreed treatment area, or results caused by factors beyond the agreed work, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We do not exclude responsibility for our own negligence or willful misconduct where such exclusion is unlawful.
Pesticide work must comply with applicable California Business and Professions Code, Division 3, Chapter 14, licensing requirements, California Code of Regulations, Title 16, Division 19, Title 3 safety rules, pesticide-label directions under FIFRA, and applicable California Food and Agricultural Code requirements. These terms do not reduce any protections those laws provide.
Questions About These Service Terms
For questions about these terms, a scheduled service, or an estimate, contact California Pest Solutions at (877) 729-2528 or info@californiapestsolutions.top. Mail may be sent to U.S. Bank Tower, 633 W 5th St, Los Angeles, CA. Please include your name, service address, and appointment or estimate details so we can direct your inquiry.
These terms apply alongside any written estimate or service agreement for the work. If a specific written agreement conflicts with a general provision here, the specific provision controls for that service to the extent allowed by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted or otherwise provided, with the effective date identified where appropriate.
Changes apply prospectively and do not alter work already completed or an existing agreement unless you and California Pest Solutions agree in writing. Contact us if you need clarification before approving service.
Daniel Reyes
Service Expert at California Pest Solutions
I started in pest control in Los Angeles, where older apartment buildings, shared walls, and busy commercial kitchens call for careful inspections and clear treatment plans. I built my trade experience around California’s Branch 2 licensing requirements and the seasonal shifts that bring ants indoors after dry spells and rodents seeking shelter as temperatures change.
